Rules & Regulations:

  • ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Employees of the the Illinois Cheer Association (ICA) and Redlok Productions, Inc. (RPI) their respective Boards of Directors, and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
  • HOW TO ENTER. The custom 2008 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle raffle begins September 6, 2025. Official raffle ticket entry will be entered automatically at the cumulative rate of one (1) entry for each $5.00 increment and five (5) entries for each $20.00 increment to the Illinois Cheer Association (ICA).
  • This prize is offered “As Is” and the Illinois Cheerleading Association (ICA)and Redlok Productions, Inc. (RPI) makes no expressed or implied warranty about this prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that this prize is “road worthy” after receipt of said prize with a licensed motorcycle technician. Upon receipt of the prize, the ICA/RPI will demonstrate its ability to start.
  • ENTRY DEADLINES: All official raffle ticket electronic purchases must be submitted no later Noon on the date of the raffle drawing. All website entry options close approximately at the same time prior to the drawing. Neither ICA or RPI, nor any of its employees or affiliates assumes any liability for lost or misdirected entries or entries that are not received by the deadline. By returning the official electronic submission, properly completed, you will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules.
  • At receipt from the ICA and RPI, the winner is responsible for all title transfers (less receipt of the current active Title), Federal, State or Local registration document and licensing. Furthermore, the winner certifies that he/she is licensed to operation the motorcycle (and/or has a representative the is currently licensed) upon receipt of this prize.
  • WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on December. 7, 2025. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by telephone. Winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given the Illinois Cheer Association (ICA) and Redlok Productions, Inc (RPI), or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner. The ICA and RPI shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its discretion.
  • This prize consists of the motorcycle only and those items that are directly and permanently affixed. The winner attests that there were no other inferences in written or verbal form concerning the inclusion of any other item(s) to be included.
  • It is the responsibility of the winner to retrieve the prize with thirty (30) days of winner announcement. The receipt of the prize pick up location shall be relayed to the winner, and he/she will be responsible for arranging for the removal of the prize from it’s designated pick up location.
  • GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE. The winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize, agrees to release the Illinois Cheer Association and Redlok Productions, Inc. and their officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. The ICA and RPI do not make, nor are responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
